ADHD POSTER SERIES
In my project aimed at raising awareness for ADHD, I designed a series of posters featuring the character 'Square Peg' to challenge common misconceptions surrounding the disorder.The first poster portrays the chaotic nature of ADHD by depicting it as a long, winding roller coaster ride, symbolizing the unpredictable train of thought experienced by individuals with ADHD. The second poster transforms the classic 'Whac-A-Mole' game into 'Whac-A-Goal,' highlighting the overwhelming bombardment of tasks and goals faced daily. Finally, the third poster shows characters waiting in line for a funhouse, with Square Peg unable to enter due to the round door, symbolizing the feeling of being unable to fit into societal norms. Through this project, I aimed to challenge stereotypes and foster understanding and empathy for those living with ADHD.
